Gathered at the iconic Glass Brasserie in Sydney’s Hilton hotel, guessed were treated to some delicious treats prepared by Luke Mangan’s team while sipping on some of the finest wine’s Australia has to offer.
An expert team of judges cast their eye over the nation’s leading lists to come up with the very best restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs in which to enjoy the greatest wines, aperitifs and digestifs the world has to offer.
